Rural Municipality of Lipton No. 217 Ratepayers:

The Municipality will be using a product called D-10 which is an oil emulsion, the product is applied at a
rate of 2 litres per square metre and the cost is 1.1470/per litre plus a $205.00 application fee. This
amount equates to a cost of $3,970.44 per site being 8 x 200 metres.

Those properties within a 100 metres of a gravel haul route, based on Council’s policy a 1/3 cost share
would be $1,323.48, the cost share for those residents who are not on gravel haul route is $1,985.22.

IMPORTANT: All dust control applications must be received in the RM office by
May 23rd, 2024.
