Public Hearing: Discretionary Use Application

Pursuant to Section 55 of the Planning and Development Act 2007, the Council of the R.M. of Lipton No.
217 gives notice that a discretionary use application has been received and the details are as follows:

Discretionary Use Permit: Gravel Operations at SW-15-23-13-W2
Intent: To allow for the operation of a gravel pit to extract and remove aggregate
Affected Land: The affected land is legally described as SW-15-23-13-W2.

Public Hearing: Council will hold a public hearing to receive submissions on the proposed Discretionary
Use Application at 9:00 a.m. on November 27th, 2024, in the Council Chambers of the R.M. of Lipton
No.217, 226 Main St. Lipton, Saskatchewan.
